Terms & Conditions

Operated by RUDRA AGRO EXPORT. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Chat Corner application, website, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and RUDRA AGRO EXPORT ("Rudra Export", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Chat Corner application, website and related services ("Chat Corner", "Platform" or "Services").

By registering, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any part of Chat Corner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility — Strictly 18+

Chat Corner is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the Services. You must not create or operate an account on behalf of a person under 18. Providing a false age, using another person's identity, or bypassing an age-control mechanism is a material violation of these Terms.

If we reasonably believe that a User is under 18 or has supplied false eligibility information, we may immediately suspend or terminate the account, restrict access and take other lawful safety measures.

3. Description of Services

Chat Corner is a social communication platform that may provide user profiles, chat functionality and audio/video calling between adult users, together with related account, support and payment features.

Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available continuously or in every location.

4. No Pornography or Sexual Services

Chat Corner is not a pornography platform and is not intended for sexual services, prostitution, sexual solicitation or sexual exploitation.

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform to offer, request, arrange, promote, distribute or facilitate sexual services or sexually explicit commercial activity. Pornographic or sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, nudity intended for explicit purposes, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking and similar conduct are prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund, where permitted by law.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Chat Corner to:

  • Upload, transmit, display or distribute unlawful, obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening or exploitative material.
  • Share sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, blackmail or extort another person.
  • Impersonate another person or create deceptive/fraudulent profiles.
  • Solicit money through deception, fraud or coercion.
  • Promote violence, trafficking, exploitation or other unlawful conduct.
  • Violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights or publicity rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or the Platform.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful software.
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or systematically extract Platform data except where expressly permitted.
  • Use bots, automation or other methods to manipulate Platform activity without authorization.
  • Use Chat Corner for gambling, betting, wagering, lottery activity, gaming for money or gambling-related promotions.
  • Use the Platform for any activity prohibited by applicable law.

6. Gambling and Betting — Strictly Prohibited

Chat Corner is not a gambling, betting or wagering service.

Users must not use the Platform to conduct, promote, advertise, arrange or facilitate gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, gaming for money, gambling referrals, gambling links, betting groups or gambling-related payment collection.

Any account found to be materially involved in gambling-related activity may be suspended or terminated immediately, and relevant information may be preserved or disclosed where legally required.

7. Chat and Audio/Video Calls

Chat Corner may allow adult Users to communicate through text chat and audio/video calls.

Users are solely responsible for their communications and conduct during calls. You must not use calls to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, solicit unlawful activity or transmit prohibited content.

Chat Corner does not represent that every audio/video call is recorded. Technical information may be processed to establish and maintain calls, secure the Platform and investigate abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Screenshot and Screen-Recording Policy

Chat Corner does not provide an in-app feature intended to enable Users to take screenshots or screen recordings of chats or audio/video calls.

Users are prohibited from capturing, recording, reproducing, publishing, selling or distributing another person's private communication or personal content without the required consent or lawful authority.

Because device-level screenshots, screen recording, external cameras and third-party applications are outside our complete technical control, Chat Corner cannot guarantee that external capture is technically impossible. Any misuse or unauthorized distribution may result in account action and, where appropriate, legal escalation.

9. User Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

You must provide accurate information and must not share your account in a way that permits another person to misuse the Platform. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, impersonation or security abuse.

We may require additional verification information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, age verification or compliance.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully create and submit to Chat Corner, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Services.

By submitting content, you grant RUDRA AGRO EXPORT a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, moderate and improve the Services, or to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

We may use human review, automated systems, user reports and other safety mechanisms to detect, investigate and address violations.

Depending on the circumstances, we may warn, restrict, remove content, limit features, suspend, permanently terminate or otherwise take action against an account. We may also preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful authorities.

We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of the Platform and its Users.

12. Reports and Complaints

Users should report suspected child safety issues, sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized recording/distribution, gambling activity or other serious violations through the reporting or support mechanism made available by Chat Corner.

False, malicious or knowingly fraudulent reports may themselves constitute a violation of these Terms.

13. Payments, Subscriptions and Charges

If Chat Corner provides paid features, subscriptions, credits or other paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable charges shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize the applicable payment processor and/or RUDRA AGRO EXPORT to process the transaction using the payment information you provide through the authorized payment flow.

Transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, order/reference details and related billing information may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, dispute handling and legal compliance.

14. No Refund / Cancellation Policy

All payments made for Chat Corner paid features, subscriptions, credits or other digital Services are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is mandatorily required under applicable law or is expressly approved by RUDRA AGRO EXPORT in exceptional circumstances.

Users should carefully review the applicable paid feature, subscription, credits and pricing information before completing a transaction. Once a payment has been successfully processed and the paid Service or digital benefit has been made available, the amount will not ordinarily be refunded.

Unused credits, unused subscription time, voluntary account closure, change of mind, failure to use the Service, or dissatisfaction with another User or communication will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Unauthorized, fraudulent or disputed transactions may be investigated. Users must not initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, payments, app distribution and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to those terms. RUDRA AGRO EXPORT is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties outside its reasonable control.

16. Intellectual Property

The Chat Corner name, branding, software, interface, graphics, text, logos, design elements and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to RUDRA AGRO EXPORT or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable law.

Except as expressly permitted, you must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Platform materials.

17. Privacy

Your use of Chat Corner is also governed by the Chat Corner Privacy Policy, which explains the information we may collect, how we use it, security measures, retention and related privacy matters.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous feature availability, compatibility with every device, or that every User or communication will be safe, accurate, reliable or suitable for your purposes.

Users interact with other Users at their own discretion and risk. You should not provide passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, government identification numbers or other sensitive information to another User.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RUDRA AGRO EXPORT and its owners, personnel, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RUDRA AGRO EXPORT and its owners, personnel, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, or content you submit or transmit through the Services.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a safety or security risk, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, breached payment rules, provided false eligibility information, or otherwise misused the Platform.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property protections, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions and payment obligations.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights available to consumers and other protected persons under applicable law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be addressed through the contact/grievance process first where reasonably possible. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism permitted by applicable Indian law and specified by RUDRA AGRO EXPORT in its published legal/contact information.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to the Services, law, security practices, business operations or regulatory requirements.

The updated Terms will be published through the Platform or website with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an effective update, where legally permitted, constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable additional terms, purchase terms, community/safety rules and policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of Chat Corner, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

By clicking "I Agree", "Register", "Continue", making a purchase, or otherwise using Chat Corner, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • 2. You will use Chat Corner only for lawful adult social communication.
  • 3. You will not use Chat Corner for pornography, sexual services, sexual solicitation, exploitation or trafficking.
  • 4. You will not use Chat Corner for gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries or gaming for money.
  • 5. You will not harass, threaten, defraud, blackmail or exploit another User.
  • 6. You will respect the privacy and rights of other Users.
  • 7. You will not misuse screenshots, recordings or private communications.
  • 8. You understand that external device recording cannot be technically guaranteed to be impossible.
  • 9. You will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
