Refund & Cancellation

How purchases are processed

In-app purchases, where available, are billed by Google Play. Google Play's own refund policy applies to those transactions in the first instance.

Requesting a refund

• Request a refund from your Google Play order history, or
• Email rudraexport760@gmail.com with your order ID, registered account details and a short description of the issue.
• We aim to review refund requests sent to us within seven business days.

Non-refundable items

Coins or gifts that have already been spent or sent inside the app are generally not refundable, as the item has been consumed.

Cancelling your account

You can stop using the app at any time and request account deletion by writing to our support email from your registered address. Deleting your account does not automatically refund past purchases.
